Thamo Telele

Thamo Telele is a safari-style lodge near Maun within a 250-hectare private game reserve at the gateway to the Okavango Delta. Set amongst a lush forest of leadwood and acacia trees, there are 9 safari tents on elevated wooden decks and 2 thatched chalets for families, all featuring ensuite bathrooms with a bath and an outdoor shower, air-conditioning, standing fans and Wi-Fi. The reserve is teeming with animals, including a special herd of resident giraffe (meet them during the giraffe experience!), and the lodge is even named after their first giraffe baby. After a safari or bushwalk, you can cool off in the lap pool, relax on the sundeck and sip a sundowner in the lounge or at the bar, before you are treated to a candlelit dinner, served under a canopy of stars on the expansive restaurant deck.
