We had a 13 day safari in Kenya and Tanzania. Everything was organized by Africa Safari Trips and the whole trip went seamlessly from the planning through to the execution. We had 3 different safari vehicles and 3 guides who were very knowledgeable. They were always on time on the game drives, and we were given plenty of time to view the animals. We saw the Big 5 plus many more. Accommodation and meals met our expectations. Overall a great experience and would not hesitate to recommend this company.

We booked our honeymoon in Kenya with Africa Safari Trips, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! From the very beginning, Ruth was wonderful to deal with. We exchanged countless emails, made several changes to hotels and activities, and had plenty of questions along the way. She was always incredibly kind, accommodating, professional and quick to respond. She also recommended some beautiful hotels that absolutely exceeded our expectations. We felt so well looked after throughout the trip! Our guide, Moses, was fantastic! He really went above and beyond to make sure we had the best safari experience, from spotting as many animals as possible to helping us get the best photos. The entire trip was perfectly organised. All our bookings were confirmed, everything ran smoothly, and we never had to wait or worry about anything. This company is brilliantly organised yet completely personalised so that you work with them to get exactly the trip that you dream of.  We were given 2 dedicated agents, Mercy and Lisa, who were on Whatsapp and email to help with absolutely everything when we were tweaking, tailoring and growing our itinerary.  If we weren't sure about something, like the accommodation that was suggested, they just found us something more suitable without any fuss.  We decided quite last minute to fly rather than take the train on one part of our trip and they sorted it out straightaway.  It was the first time we have done anything like this and we are so glad to have found Africa Safari Trips because everything was planned so that each thing went smoothly which must be really hard to ensure when there are so many parts to the trip.  Every transfer, meal, special request was organised brilliantly and when there were small niggles that we asked to be sorted they handled it.  If you book, check through your itinerary timings etc to make sure everything is as you want it for e.g. I, stupidly, asked for Bed & Breakfast in one accommodation when weren't going to arrive until the afternoon.  The hotel were great and let me pay a small supplement to exchange the breakfast for dinner. As for the trip itself, it really was the most wonderful, incredible adventure every single day.  What made it beyond wildest dreams was our guide/helper/advisor/driver and now, good friend, Korbin.  What a blessing to have him with us for the majority of our trip.  He knows the land, the animals and people so well that we feel that he made us get the best out of everything.  He used to be a ranger so knows the time to go to see certain animals depending on the time of year and temperature of the day etc.  He is really knowledgeable and caring about the environment whether it is spotting animal tracks in the dust or the history of water provision in villages.  He is also really good fun and kind, sharing his life with us which our 2 teenage boys loved.  An important thing for us was to hear how highly he rates Africa Safari Trips as a caring employer who pays for his and his family's insurance which, apparently, not many of these tour companies do.  They also maintain and service their vehicles at their own workshop in Nairobi and only use genuine parts so that's a reassuring when you are on these huge 7-8hr drives. All of the safaris, excursions, accommodation, transfers, train ride and flight that we did were exceptional.  If you do Safari, remember some of the parks are incredibly dusty especially if you are driving behind another vehicle so take some face masks (Korbin was wonderful and provided these for us).  The food was outstanding everywhere (we have one vegetarian) as was the safety and care we were given in all locations.  I will write reviews for all of these things individually as there were too many components to write it all here but just to finish, we did 16 nights which were all fantastic so would definitely do it again and would 100% book again with Africa Safari Trips.

Our honeymoon in Uganda with Africa Safari Trips was the absolute best trip of our lives. My husband and I are world travelers who work on yachts and are used to high levels of service in the tourism industry but when we travel usually DIY our trips. This was our first personal experience working with an agency who took into consideration all of our requests and our budget to built a near perfect trip for us, including activities we didn’t even know were possible (which were incredible) in addition to all of the ones that were musts for us. Their communication throughout the planning and booking process was clear and fast, this is an agency you can trust to really deliver on what they say they will do. I also loved the app with the itinerary. The best part about Africa Safari Trips though is that they have the most dependable and knowledgeable guides in the business (which we met many others along the route), we could not have been happier than we were with our guide, Moses, who really made the trip for us. He made us feel safe, comfortable, and welcome in his home Uganda and His experience was unmatched, sighting animals other groups misses and navigating the entire country without maps- not once getting lost or having any issues with his immaculately kept Land Cruiser that he expertly drove and maintained. Not to downplay just how incredible Uganda is as a destination which deserves special mention for its incredible biodiversity and landscape. Every day was a new highlight from trekking with gorillas, to big 5 game drives, and even boat trips through beautiful wetlands to find the shoebill stork. Uganda is really unmatched and we can’t wait to travel with Africa Safari Trips again.

We loved our safari in Uganda! The iternary was just how we wanted it. Lots of natural parks and activities. Our guide Emmanuel was great. We felt comfortable, safe and he taught us so much about the country and wildlife. He was just as excited as we were when we spottted animals. To make this journey during raining season was great: parks were not crowded at all, nature was green and so many animals! We even completed the big 5!

We booked our safari with africasafaritrips.com just three days before arriving in Nairobi, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions we made. Antony was amazing from start to finish—patient, friendly, and always quick to help. He planned everything for us, from the lodges and tented camps to airport transfers and the flight from Maasai Mara to Nairobi. He even suggested a few hidden luxury camps that you won’t find on sites like Expedia or Booking.com. We chose Elerai Camp in Amboseli, and it was incredible! The camp had great facilities, a stunning location, and the staff treated us like family. They also gave us a 24/7 local contact number that actually works—I tried calling, and they answered right away. The whole trip went so smoothly. The places Antony recommended were perfect, and our guide Francis made the game drives fun and memorable. We also want to thank Joseph for looking after us during the Nairobi city tour and transfers. He’s very professional and kind—a real asset to the company. We’re now back home and just wanted to say a huge thank you to Antony and the Africa Safari Trips team for making our Kenya trip so special. Everything was well organized, and we had an amazing time.
