Opuwo Country Lodge

Opuwo Country Lodge sits on a hilltop in Opuwo, with 360° views over the rugged Kaokoland and beyond. The thatched main building, shaded terraces and pool area are oriented to make the most of these views, creating a natural gathering place where you can unwind after long days on the road. The lodge offers 40 rooms in different categories and sizes, some of which are suitable for families. They are all Himba-inspired, including their art pieces, natural materials and colours, and feature an ensuite bathroom with shower, twin beds, air-conditioning, coffee and tea facilities, a safe and a private balcony with mountain views. The restaurant and bar serve hearty meals with panoramic backdrops, while a small curio shop adds local flavour.
