Nambwa Tented Lodge

Nambwa Tented Lodge floats like a fairytale village built in and around the canopy of a riverine forest, deep in the Zambezi and surrounded by the winding channels of the Kwando River system. Each one of the 10 luxury tented rooms is built on top of a three to four meter high platform among the treetops, with its own private viewing deck. They are all fitted with a private lounge, an ensuite bathroom with shower and bath, mosquito nets and a laptop safe. The majestic deck at the heart of the lodge is the open-sky dining room, featuring fantastic views of the floodplains below – a playground for large herds of elephants, buffaloes and plains game, seeking refuge beneath the tents when the sun sets.
