Divava Okavango Resort and Spa

Right beside the Popa Falls on the Okavango River in the Bagani area near Divundu, Divava Okavango Resort and Spa lines up 20 thatched chalets high on the bank. You choose spacious river-facing units (one child can share), each with a private deck, air-conditioning, mosquito nets, mini-bar, tea-and-coffee station and safe. En-suite bathrooms include a bath, indoor shower, outdoor shower, twin basins and separate toilet. A swimming pool provides a cool splash amid the gardens, while the riverside restaurant serves buffet or à la carte breakfast, lunch and dinner with an African influence as well as afternoon cake on the viewing deck. Chalets and public areas face the water, so evenings bring river views as hippos and birds make their presence known.
