Guided game drive in Ongava Game Reserve

Ongava Game Reserve shares an unfenced boundary with Etosha National Park, allowing wildlife to move freely between the two areas. Known for its conservation work with black and white rhinos, the private reserve gives you access to the same wildlife found in Etosha, but with fewer vehicles on the roads. Morning and afternoon game drives each last 3 hours, taking you through the arid plains in an open safari vehicle, shared with other guests and an experienced guide. The waterholes are a practical focus point on any drive; animals concentrate around them throughout the day, and rhinos are drawn to them after dark. Your guide navigates the terrain and reads the animal tracks to get you close to whatever is out there… and what’s out there changes every time.
