Nxai Pan Camp stands along the tree line in Nxai Pan National Park, close to the dry lake (a grass-covered fossil lake bed) and the well-known Baines’ Baobabs. The camp has 9 thatched rooms, including 1 family room, all linked to the main area by raised walkways – and all come with a private ensuite bathroom, an outdoor shower, and a veranda facing the pans. The central area features a lounge, dining room, viewing deck, curio shop and swimming pool, while meals are often served around the open boma under the evening sky. Solar power keeps the camp running, while insulated roofs maintain a balanced temperature during both the hottest and coldest days.
