Kidepo Savannah Lodge

The Kidepo Savannah Lodge is a cosy and simple lodge that offers just the right amount of luxury for an amazing overnight on the edge of the Kidepo Valley National Park. To blend into the beautiful, rugged landscape of Kidepo, the lodge offers two types of tents: 12 ensuite safari tents and 9 camping tents with shared bathrooms. The twelve safari tents boast a basic but comfortable set-up, with the bathroom as a special touch as it is located in a small traditional roundhouse built next to the tent. Besides, a private terrace with a small table and some chairs allows for the most amazing views over the outstretched savannah of what might be Uganda’s most treasured park.
With views to southern Sudan and nothing around you but nature, dinners are a special occasion with billions of stars in the sky and the sounds of the wild surrounding you. And the nights… well, who wouldn’t be able to sleep in such a setting?
