Guided Garden Walk at Babylonstoren (pay on site)

Babylonstoren is one of the oldest Cape Dutch farms at the foot of the Simonsberg, a 5-minute drive from Paarl. It has a fruit and vegetable garden with over 300 edible or medicinal plants, harvested year-round for use in two farm-to-fork restaurants. The garden walk starts daily at 10 AM in front of the farm shop (book your walk a week in advance through this link), and encourages you to pick, taste, smell and touch everything while walking through the lush gardens. A cellar tour, wine tasting or lunch are also possible here (at an extra fee).
