Turaco Treetops

Imagine meeting chimps in their natural habitat during the day, only to relax in a luxury lodge smack in the middle of the jungle just after. It might be hard to believe, but this is exactly what awaits you at Turaco Treetops, a beautiful small-scale lodge on more than 5 acres of rainforest bordering the Kibale National Park. With 8 luxury cottages and 8 standard rooms in the middle of the forest, you wake up to the sounds of resident blue turacos, Colobus monkeys and other primates calling this area their home.
Rooms have space for 3 – 4 people, and boast large beds (over 2 meters long), ensuite bathrooms with hot showers, and balconies with large sofas and amazing forest views. What’s more, this lodge caters to the needs of the little ones, with a swimming pool, outdoor playground and indoor playroom. Enjoy the evening by reading a book or playing a game on the first-floor lounge with a view, cuddling up near the fireplace on colder evenings, or enjoying a drink at the bar and good meals in the restaurant.
